It’s that time of year to make a change for the better! The best advice we’ve heard on changing old habits to better ones is to take it one good decision at a time. Sometimes it’s that one shift of action that brings about the benefits.

Besides all of those wonderful benefits, there’s also the added benefit of what exercise can do for relieving anxiety and reducing stress. For less anxiety, a mere 5 minutes of exercise is all it takes (Dr. Breus). So if you’re looking to gain some benefits this year from a healthy habit, exercise is a great start!
